Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (4-6 strawberries)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup coconut milk (from a carton)

  • ½ cup Red Tractor Protein Instant Oatmeal

  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt

  • 1-2 tbsp honey

  • ½ tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup ice

And follow these simple steps:
